Re: Leigh Leopards owner Derek Beaumont threads to quitrugby League & create a separate competition
If Sentelins overcome Warrington and Leigh win at Hull KR then we will play Leigh again. I hope the. “We would have won only for the ref” sentiment is used by the team as motivation to put 50 on them. Who will Mr. Beaumont blame for that?

Re: Coaching
I’m sorry but l can’t get my head around this criticism of Matty Peet. We won the Challenge Cup last year; two games of the regular season left and we are top of the league playing good rugby, this after what was the disappointing reign ( what ever the reasons ) of Adrian Lam and the club was down a...

Re: Today's Game/Wigan squad for Leeds
KPP charges a kick down, Smithies picks it up, passes back to KPP who scored under the posts. Less than 2 mins into the second half and it’s 28 to 0 . Just what was needed

Re: Tyler Dupree
As he is our most experienced prop at the moment l can see your point but my personal opinion is that out of our current squad he would be missed less than another prop. But I know nothing as l thought George Burges was a good signing and look how that turned out.

Re: Tyler Dupree
By mutual agreement. If he doesn’t have the prospect of much first team rugby maybe he will think it’s in his best interest at this stage of his career

Re: Tyler Dupree
Pesonally l would rather keep hold of Harvey Hill and let Brad Singleton go early. I don’t think he is far off playing again and he’s going anyway. Also Tyler Dupree is Cup Tied this season so letting a prop go will weaken an already depleated pack for Challenge Cup games. A very promising young pro...

Re: Smithies
It's beginning to look ominously as if disciplinary decisions are being based on reputation or possible past behaviour. Nothing in the Saints match looked as if it merited off the field penalties. Compare it with the Hull derby where it looked like WWIII was about to break out for most of the time ...
