Re: Wigan Warriors boss Matt Peet provides injury update on trio following loss to Warrington Wolves

We need a miracle if we think Leeming is going to stay fit for the rest of the season.
Looking like Faz is going to have to train more at hooker

Re: Wigan squad for Warrington (R19)

Somebody was saying yesterday (might not have been here) that MP will out-coach Sam Burgess. Much as I hate to say it, it didn't look like that tonight. Farrimond barely touched the ball in the first half. which doesn't seem smart. If we're going to play him, he has to see his fair share of the bal...

Re: Wigan squad for Warrington (R19)

Well this is really going to test Matty Peet's coaching abilities for the future games.

Re: Wigan squad for Warrington (R19)

Keighran missing as well as Leeming.
With Bevan being injured in training, is Keighran's absence due to a training injury as well, if so what the hell is going on.

Re: Hudd's v Leeds (spoilers)

The annoying thing was that if the defender had stayed down longer he would have seen red.Shows are poor the rules are They are creating a system, which will encourage players to stay down if they feel there was something in the tackle to be reviewed. The solutions:- 1. Don't allow the Video Ref to...

Re: Hudd's v Leeds (spoilers)

Terrible game, very poor standard from both teams, the referee and video ref.
A game kicking off at 8:00 and first half finished at 8:55, it's like American football, with the amount of stoppages

Re: Jai Field latest as Wigan Warriors boss provides injury update ahead of Warrington Wolves clash

And people say, the game's going soft? Most of these are leg injuries and two are because of dodgy hamstrings. Only Cooper had head concussion. The issue of the game going soft, is the supposed high tackles that are penalised and bans issued. Leg injuries have always been part of the game an...

Re: Referee for Friday

I'll continue to say, I don't think a Wigan ref for a Wigan home fixture, especially a local derby, is a good look, and I don't understand why they persist with it. Obviously, it puts further pressure on the officials. A third of full time SL referees are from Wigan with another one very local! Ste...

Salary Cap, what Salary Cap?
They have got Bullock out on loan at Salford, but his wage comapred to the incomming players will, presumably, be far less.
They also have Fitzgibbon as a long term injury, who presumably, they are still paying!!!
