Re: O’Neill joins Widnes on loan
My only concern is that pitch at Widnes. We have suffered some horrendous knee injuries on there, Shorrocks, Burgess, Gregson etc and O'Neill is only just coming back from an acl injury (full knee reconstruction) We're not the only team either, Makinson also ruptured his acl there. I agree about th...

Re: Academy fixtures confirmed
good news. The non-first team players really need playing time to develop.

Re: Captain Challenge
It's a great idea, but I think it needs equal quality TV coverage on all games before we can introduce it. We already have uneven refereeing standards for the teams televised more often and this would potentially give those clubs an advantage because they would be involved in tv games more often and...

Re: Ranking the top five rugby league pundits
Sounds like a touch of Stockholm Syndrome going on here! Frankly all four were/are terrible, and if the later two don't match the earlier two, they certainly have one trait in common; prattling on about some irrelevancy whilst, look! Someone's just made a break! I’ve always said that. It’s like a c...

Re: The frustrating reality of set restarts
I think there are a lot of valid points in this article, but I don't agree with the final point about fans deserting teams that are not doing well. Re: 5 Warriors named in England squad
I guess form goes into last year, it would be hard to pick on form only over the two rounds we've had so far. I don't think Manfredi should be in TBH, I can barely remember his form whenever his last playing stint was.

Re: Ranking the top five rugby league pundits
I like Jon Wells. He's one of the few that I feel give insight into the modern game. The rest tend to talk in generalities, and i won't even start on McDermott and O'Connor.

Pettyborne signs for Brooklyn
Maybe they do have the funds to make something real of the NARL?
