Re: Ian Lenagan maps out Wigan Warriors’ future ownership landscape after admission

250 pound ban instead of a 2 match ban. That's like 7500 for a years ban. Not much deterrent there.

Re: Ian Lenagan maps out Wigan Warriors’ future ownership landscape after admission
His best signings have been opportunistic not really planned. We were unlucky on the burgess deal, although it's hard to see how his lack of mobility wasn't noticed by medical staff, it took 2 minutes of his first appearance to see he couldn't move sideways at all. It's good our staff evaluated him, but I'd also like to have sren an independent evaluation. It's tricky to be objective with someone that either you know personally or is known to the organization, they get the benefit of the doubt more often than someone independent. A lot of this would be judgeme...

Re: Ian Lenagan maps out Wigan Warriors’ future ownership landscape after admission
What I read into the the headline by the Yorkshire press is that he is considering now to relinquish ownership admission when it is nothing of the sort, he is looking towards the future! Admission to what? He is looking to the future & nothing more! I'm sure your right Josie Press reporters are...

It was brought in because everyone hated the old way. I think just going back to that is a bad idea. I think the captains challenge is a route worth exploring, provided of course that the VR isn't going to take the refs side 99% of the time, like they do now.
