Re: Wigan TV

The club would have to get enough subscribers to support a small staff dedicated to making content to get what people are asking for. Do we have enough subscribers - I'd say no based on the comments here. Some might say, you've got to have more content to get more subscribers, and you'd be right in ...

Re: Wigan TV

Imagine for a moment how much creating all the content you suggest in a professional manner would cost. And how much income they might have to offset that.

Re: Shirt Sponsor / IQONIQ

You risk under valuing yourself if you low-ball too much. Next year's sponsor won't expect to pay 10x the amount of this years for example. And there's a knock on effect to your other sponsers too - if you accept 50K for a main shirt sponsor, the smaller shirt sponsors expect what they pay to be a f...

Re: RFL makes decisions on scrums, hefty forfeits for cancelled games and restrictions on players travelling to France

Re: And you think RL is struggling . . . ?

Tv analysis. Wells has a lot of knowledge. He knows his stuff. However I get bored with such detail. I think that today’s game is overthought, over prepared. I would prefer the discussion to be showing clips of long distanced tries. A centre feeding his winger . A move long gone a stand off breakin...

Re: And you think RL is struggling . . . ?

Spot on, Sadly for RL we are second best to Union and always will be, there are a few reasons why but imo the main one is that RL is poorly run, poorly marketed and the Sky coverage is abysmal with the presenters and commentators totally inept. Wells is as good as a presenter I have seen in any spo...

Re: French

Would we be paying him if he didn't have an employment contract? Regardless of his intention to come back or not, I wouldn't have thought we'd be doing that without some signed paperwork. Surely the RFL wouldn't accept him as a registered player without a contract?
