Re: Team for Salford
Hopefully they know something we don’t . I asked the person what the news on Tommy was and was told something along the lines of they are hopeful for Salford. A good source (high level at the club for years) but if it doesn’t come true they mustn’t be as in the know on the rugby side of things as I...

Re: Wigan squad for Wakefield
I simply don't get all this debate about Harry Smith and his form (or lack of) last year. He played most of the season with a busted shoulder and went for surgery as soon as the final whistle went in the final match. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he needed a jab to play without immediate pain. ...

Re: Wigan squad for Wakefield
George Williams and Gareth Widdop   Exactly why I said outside chance for recognition, never once insinuated he’d be a starter and he’s got a long long way to go before then but if you take a look at the 30 man training squad there is now a lack of half backs available so the next in line...

Re: Wigan squad for Wakefield
regardless what a lot of people think i think hes got it….. hastings sent this lad backwards with his control on every big play Completely agree with this Fireeater. Smith wasn’t able to play his own game as Hastings tried to control it all 9 times out of ten which for me massively effected Harry’s...

Re: Team v Saints
Agreed. Surely looking at 4-6 weeks.Powell (surely) banned as well…
Can’t even suggest put Cust at 9 as he’ll be needed in the halves with Smith.
So who goes to 9…
O’Neill to get a shot?
French as a wildcard?
Shorrocks?

Re: Team v Saints
Throw Tommy’s MCL injury into the mix (possibly 4-6 weeks) this is shaping up to be a “Bad Friday”

Re: Team v Saints
Heard the same, not too sure on the mandatory protocols now/how often they test, surely it would of been worth naming him in the squad in hope he tests negative tomorrow? no matter how slim of a chance Based on the current guidance it’s not mandatory for any employee to self isolate but It’s employ...

Re: Team v Saints
Based on the number of parties involved in SL there will have been several omissions from various squads due to COVID already this season and I can’t from recollection remember one club announcement. The RFL don’t confirm positive cases so it could be a general consensus or club agreement that it’s ...
