Rumours online state gildart is looking for a return to super league in 2024. I know we have a history of resigning former players, i would be interested in seeing if the club makes a move for him as a replacement for toby king as hes only on loan this season

yes mago made mistakes which i think helped with salford getting confidence not sure if it was the bench players fault though as salford are a good team that causes us trouble

not sure about king keeps jumping the line and missing tackles

i agree with you there with cooper and i thought he was good last season but IMO we need someone else like a Jared Waerea-Hargreaves or a Josh Papalii someone who strikes the fear into defenders like big Iafeta Paleaaesina

i am also about disappointed with the lack of recruitment up front, yes im happy with the players we have but losing bateman i was hoping this was our change to sign a big enforcer. ive felt for the past few years our pack yes it is mobile but lacks size and power at times

i suppose the only other benefit is his kicking. get him helping harry smith for a couple of years will certainly only help smiths kicking game. not saying smith isnt good but learning from someone like owen would be a big help to anyone

yes it would be nice to have another Farrell and especially Andy's son (Andy Farrell was my favourite player growing up) but at that age i would rather we invest in someone who wants to play league and play for our great club and not as a career finisher the rugby union world cup is later this year ...
