Re: Derby Day!
Losing the arm wrestle in that second half after the sending off what harm is there giving Nsemba a go? A type of player who can break tackles and change the game…madness not to be used. Considering I’m not his biggest fan I thought Thompson played well, Bryne on the other hand would not make the s...

Re: Derby Day!
It was a great defensive effort today. But like Salford our attack lacks any structure. Bevan is a great individual player as his tries show but he doesn’t bring the best out of the rest of the backs. We struggle to create overlaps and our scrum plays have been poor considering the pace we have. I ...

Re: Derby Day!
I think Field lost his confidence after those two early fumbles and then late in the game didn’t compete and let them score. He is an outstanding attacking player, but his mistakes are too costly and he is becoming a luxury that we can’t afford. Can’t say I’m impressed with our new players. Thompso...

Re: Derby Day!
Can’t blame the ref when you lose if the opposition only scores 12 points. I am not surprised we have lost today given the performances since the WCC which have have been lacklustre. We have been scraping through games and that was the reckoning as Dai put it. On paper we have what looks like the b...

Re: Wigan to face Tigers in Cup Quarter Final
Apparently the draw is a fix because Wigan slipped the RFL a bung or whatever according to Cas fans on Facebook

Re: New Deal for Jake Wardle
Gone to the NRL in a year then? There doesn’t seem to have been any talk about him “wanting to test himself in the NRL one day” you see from many players so hopefully he’s going to be like Lockers and is happy to play for Wigan for the duration of his contract. Best centre we have had for years pro...

Re: Rocky
Enigma or what? I remember when Rocky was the Messiah. The first time I saw him was in the 2013 Academy Grand Final. We conceded home advantage as the DW wasn't available. Rocky had been built up to be the next Edwards or Alex Murphy, but the star that day was George Williams. (I was also impressed...

Seen a post on Facebook suggesting Field has a toe injury.
