Re: Disciplinary
The RFL really needs to take a serious look at this bunch of clowns. Panel decisions are often nonsensical and fans of all clubs are incensed on a regular basis. It’s a tough sport and big contacts happen but to ban a proper professional who plays hard but fair for a simple push, is completely ridic...

Re: 'We'll play anywhere' Wigan Warriors chief delivers World Club Challenge offer to Penrith
Far from me to question the wisdom of Matty, Rads and Co, but I really worry that travelling to Aus then on to Vegas could seriously derail our season for quite a while when we get back. The Super League is still the most important trophy and I’d rather see the boys win at Wembley again than beat Wa...

Re: Disciplinary
That’s an absolute joke decision to ban Thompson for what amounted to a nudge. There was nothing dangerous or malicious in it. What’s the point? All it does is deny a fabulous professional the chance to play another game for his country and denies the fans the chance to watch him play. I agree with ...

Re: 2024 Grand Final WIGAN v HULL KR
I agree, it was 80 minutes that showcased the grit and connection that makes our game so special. I’m so proud of the entire team, the coaching team and the squad players who didn’t make the 17. I thought it was a classic throwback to a proper RL contest. To play for over 5 hs in 4 games and not con...

Re: Play off semi v Leigh
We were really on it from the start. Focused, intense and meant business. Leigh just couldn’t live with the pace and ferocity of Wigan’s play, and they had an off night due to the pressure we pit on them to defend. It was a performance you’d expect from the best team in the country so very pleasing ...

Re: GF tickets
I took an elderly neighbour to hospital after he had a fall so only got back home when it was 32-0. Went straight on the RFL site and there was virtually no tickets left other than back rows of top tier of Stretford End, I ended up taking a pair and a single seat in N2409. Wanted safe standing or se...

Re: Play off semi v Leigh
Is Faz ill or has he picked up an injury in training? If so, does anyone know how serious it is?

Re: Semi final oppnent
At the beginning of the season we would have taken a home semi v Leigh so now it’s time to put on another performance and head to OT to play whoever wins the previous night. A great chance for another final. Come on Wigan!

Re: wiganwarriorsfans.com Player & Young Player of the Year results
Fully agree with all of the above, Wardle and Thompson have been sheer class all year whilst Junior is unplayable at times. He is a huge talent and if he stays injury free, will be a genuine superstar for years to come.

Great news…we just need a date now so we can plan and book. Always a cracking weekend in Newcastle
