Re: Keighran: Big challenge
My only issue with Keighran is he always has a penalty in him and he could do with getting that bit of him game improved. Other than that while not of the same class as King (who is one of the best in SL IMO) hes a good quality player i personally think they are different types of centres. King mad...

Re: Mikey Lewis is a genius
unfortunately both Hull clubs have a bit of a reputation for trouble. I've been to both clubs regularly since the mid-80s and even was semi threatened at a GB match at Hull as i had my Wigan shirt on (bit of tongue in cheek though from a 70 odd year old that he'd knock f&&& out of me if ...

Re: BRISBANE BRONCOS’ attacking coach Lee Briers has rejected the chance to return to Super League as a head coach.
Well it just seems Myler is picking names out of a hat now i agree, he's like a fish out of water Why would Briers go to an absolute calamity of a place like Hull at the minute. Stick in OZ, get some great experience from both a rugby and a life perspective, then look whats on offer over here if an...

Re: Wigan squad for Catalans (R10)
I think he is at a crossroads. His game seemed to kick on after the Cats game last season, I had high hopes after that. Then he's out and not come back with the same intensity. I hope he can turn it around for his and Wigan's sake. You are right though. Atm there are a few players ahead of him. Hav...

Re: Wigan squad for Catalans (R10)
I am not sure that Byrne should keep his place in the team with the current virtually fully fit squad, still the potential for stupid penalties from him. I would think that once Walters is in the team and Cooper is fit, then Byrne should be left out. I also think Harvie Hill offers more than Byrne....

Re: Wigan squad for Catalans (R10)
much better 2nd half and 4 fantastic tries for different reasons. Smith and miski for the ability to see an unplanned play is on with the chip and kick from a 20m restart. The ball from Field to Keighran was out of this world and a nice little move for Faz to score with Wardle unselfishly turning it...

Re: Wigan squad for Catalans (R10)
much better for last 10-15 minutes
too much easy ball coughed up early on
Keighran looking promising and looks like he has a yard of pace about him (if we can see him in space)
Impact of Leeming and Mago seemed to have stepped our pace up a yard or 2

Re: Isa
I say this in partial jest, but 2 weeks with no Isa and two weeks the side he plays has been targeted to success. Isa leaves an Isa size hole. Nesemba will there though. we've seen and heard it before though havent we. Isa not good enough etc etc, but we miss him when he's not there. There's no dou...

Re: Kris Radlinski delivers unique insight into club’s salary cap planning, including marquee players
Have to agree that the cap should be linked to inflation bizarre that’s it’s not really its virtually criminal that they can let professional rugby players take a pay cut year on year (for every year the cap has been frozen). What other sport, let alone profession would allow that. Its only been si...
