Re: CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY-OFF FINAL

Lachlan Lam doesn’t count as his 3 years playing as a kid at St Pats makes him Federation trained! That's just daft. He was still a very young child when his Dad left Wigan, that is unless they stayed in Wigan for a good few years afterwards. I know it’s crazy but I don’t make the rules!! i'd seen ...

Re: Bateman

RE cap, if every team had to spend a minimum of 90% it would bring bottom teams up, as it is it brings top teams down. Force clubs to spend money they don’t have? all clubs should have money to spend up to the cap - or should have done prior to the new TV deal Sky basically paid the equivalent of 2...

Re: Super League licensing moves closer with new recommendations including scrapping relegation

had a quick look on twitter and facebook again this morning, was kindly awaken by the leigh chairman tweeting at 3am too :) :). the guy is a tool, but most of us already know that there is still so much negativity around the proposals. Not surprisingly from the ones likely to be most at risk of not ...

Re: Lomax, Percival walmsley out of World Cup

being fair i can fully understand Lomax and Walmsley not playing Lomax has been carrying an injury most of the season, and was probably advised he was ok to carry on playing (subject to no further damage), but would need surgery at the end of the season. Big impact on England's half options and abil...

Re: Super League licensing moves closer with new recommendations including scrapping relegation

some interesting conversations on twitter Saddened chucking the bait out saying that A grade clubs should own their own ground, just to see how many Wigan fans he can get to bite it will be interesting though to see what the final criteria will be if they go with the categorisation. I would personal...

Re: Super League licensing moves closer with new recommendations including scrapping relegation

lets see how yorkshire votes for some of this there are certainly some SL clubs that are going to be categorised B or C depending up on criteria, so let see how soon this gets given the boot them over the other side of the pennines i'm sure we will all have differing opinions on the criteria, so wil...

Re: Jake Wardle

King still has 3 years left on his Warrington contract (November 2025), so it will be interesting to see how it pans out. it feels like a strange situation if Wigan can get him playing something like, then it will obviously raise his stock again and give Wire a bit of a bargaining chip that they ha...

Re: Morgan Knowles among two St Helens players banned following the Grand Final

I think I read somewhere tha he was a bully, until he picked on the wrong person. Don't know if he's still a bully but he is a fine player for sure. He is / certainly can be one of the best, like i posted earlier, i dont mind a bit of arrogance, as we've had plenty of players who had plenty of it i...
