Re: Club Statement: Shaun Edwards

Under Whelans ownership, didn't we lose Jason Robinson, Andy Farrell, Chris Ashton, Luke Robinson, Shaun Briscoe, Kevin Brown etc and had four players taking over 50% of the salary cap whilst young first team players were getting paid less than they could have got stacking shelves in Asda? Very tru...

Not a very big statement
Looks like someone has cocked up and is trying to pass the buck.

Another club with a seemingly elastic salary cap? 🤔🤔
Haven't Cats got some sort of dispensation?

Re: Wigan TV

Does anyone on here have Wigan TV ? I signed up for a year a few weeks ago, but have been disappointed with the results. The picture is stop/start literally every few seconds, and goes back to the start at times. Is this normal ? It works ok on my mobile and laptop (usually) but does what you have ...

Well, that had one thing in common with the Wigan.Hull game: the side that only won very narrowly were easily the best side.

Re: Sam Tomkins

I wouldn't have Tomkins back. I find it extremely aggrevating that he never runs the ball in from fullback and only ever looks interested when it's near his opponents line for a potential glory run. Yes he is a classy player, but only when he wants to be, he is also a lazy player. Sams refusal or u...

Just watched St Helens and Leeds match and i was totally unbiased as i hate both teams, but the worst refereeing of a match i have never seen he was dreadful :o :o :o :o
Leeds did themselves no favours but Hicks was poor.

Still, was a good game to watch though.

I would have thought that Hull was much more Waney's kind of club than Huddersfield or Catalans.
Too much drama and theatrics at Hull, bit like Wigan at times.

Both Davy and Guasch are a lot more circumspect.

Re: wane to hull

I always got the feeling that Waneys success at Wigan was down to the fact that a lot of the team where his boys, I often contemplate if he would have been as successful if he had just been brought in as a coach and had nothing to do with the academy He brought most of them through so it must have ...
