Re: Wigan 16 Warrington 23
Matthew trouble makers. Both CPW and Dave O. RL armchair experts. I don't know why I often think Dave O is a Morris Dancer in his spare time.

The site should be immensely proud of his efforts in the Cherry n White. He is certainly not lacking in courage and endeavour.

Re: Wigan 16 Warrington 23
Correct Geoff.
I actually think Lockers was not up to his normal super fit standards. Frightening that he can be that good in those circumstances.
Carvell had a nightmare for Wire.

Re: Superleague Marketing ...
<t>In Brian Carney we have arguably our most marketable commodity in years. Not since Henderson Gill can I remember a Wigan player with such a cult status amongst the fans. He seems solely to rely on 'on the field success' to generate support. What about the Latics, every bus in Wigan had huge advert...

Re: SOUTHERN "RUGBY"...
It pleases me to hear that Oxford University Students hold such a prejudiced view of the North. It is precisely that attitude that will ensure Union never becomes a truly national game.

Paul Johnson. He's a useful squad member at best. I don't think he'll ever live upto the potential he promised a few years ago. If we miss him like we've missed Cardiss & Jon Clarke though I think we'll survive!
