You haven't missed a thing. If Lindsey was the chairman of a public company he would have been voted off the board by now. What are the other Directors doing ? Why can't they get rid of him? Who has the majority shareholding ? Or are they afraid he may spill some beans ?

Definately not I couldn't agree more. If he was the Chairman of a public company he would have been voted off the board before now. Just who does he answer to ? Are the present board too afraid to vote him out or does he know something they don't want public ?
