Re: 21-man squad v Leeds

When was Gildart's injury first reported?

Long time for a groin strain.

Re: Captain Challenge

im all for it but still not 100% on the set restarts Why I just think its an easy option to give set restarts even when its a 50/50 call...... its also always in favour of the attacking team..... time might change my mind though. Has the number of penalties decreased on average by the increase in s...

would be the same without it as it would be a penalty so still wouldnt have the ball
Would be good to know if restarts + penalties since the rule is the same as before.

In theory they should be the same as the rules for the penalty didn’t change, just the punishment .

Top of RL pundits/commentators, no question is Andrew Voss.
The whole NRL punditry / commentary / analyst team get it spot on for me.

They just call it as it is. They don’t try to overhype or oversell anything.

Re: 5 Warriors named in England squad

Shocking decision from Wane to include Manfredi. Not really sure what he’s basing that off.

Fairly decent squad overall, couple of strange exclusions though.

Re: Ranking the top five rugby league pundits

I like Jon Wells. He's one of the few that I feel give insight into the modern game. The rest tend to talk in generalities, and i won't even start on McDermott and O'Connor. McDermott - absolutely terrible. Always comes up with things like “he isn’t really that type of player” or “he does have that...

Re: 17 for tonight v Wakey

If you are a prop and don't pass, then you need to make vast quantities of yards and punch (not literally) holes into the opposition defence, which isn't the case with Byrne at the moment.. Don't see why he can't be coached into being a prop who looks to make the ball available - our other props do...

Re: 17 for tonight v Wakey

Game of two halves - finally that cliche works. That first half must have been one of our worst and the second? Well, maybe fitness works and if you can keep Wakefield out when they are on top, they lose heart and become petulant. Fifita's slap off the ball near the end anyone? Never rated Bibby bu...
