Re: Zak Hardaker's most honest ever interview
Definitely not. And he says he prefers/preferred fullback. He also won MoS playing fullback. man of steel has been won by people playing in different positions before - Hanley, Farrell, Zak only became full back at Leeds due to Webbs injury. I don't quite follow where you're going, Pedro? I made a ...

Re: Stains coining it in?
Seeing how the new NHS vaccination superhub has opened for the scousers at the Totally Wicked I was wondering how much the club is coining in. Hetherington must be fuming that he wasn't quicker off the mark in suggesting Headingley as the place to use in Leeds instead of letting it go to Elland Roa...

Re: Jack Cunliffe
Lovely post, MYT! I'm not old enough to remember Jackie Cunliffe, but nevertheless grew up revering the great and mysterious names of the past like Jim Sullivan, Martin Ryan, Syd Abram, Danny Hurcombe, Ken Gee and on and on. I hope I've passed onto my lads names like Kevin and Keiron O'Loughlin, Da...

Re: Zak Hardaker's most honest ever interview
Interesting interview. The lad does seem to have turned himself round, though he also gets his excuses in! Personally more impressed with how he's "taken one for the team" by playing centre this year than by the talk of reform. That shows that it's real and not just talk. Hope he keeps it up. has h...

Re: Season start delayed
I am confused now, Morley. Somebody was in charge of procurement, and hers was the name I got when I googled. I could have mentioned the minister in charge, I suppose, but that would have taken us into politics! By the way, I think even the Guardian is only suggesting it was 670k rather than 670 mi...

Re: Season start delayed
I know it seems weird and I don’t want to stray into political territory, but how else can it be described? We chose to go alone and have ended up with far more doses of the world’s most valuable commodity far earlier than any other major western country. Kate Bingham on procurement and John Bell o...

Re: Bid for the ground
I don't follow Latics and don't see much news about the situation here in darkest Yorkshire. I'm not sure that I'd celebrate Leneghan taking over - haven't we been there before with the lovely Mr Whelan? (Bet I can guess who paid for that statue of him btw  ) How would co-owning a 4th Division...
