Dave, we went to Strontian about 4 or 5 years ago, and used the ferry. It's beautiful up there and the breakfasts with Iocally produced sausages were the best ever. Our weakness last few seasons under Lam is attack. Its been crap at times. That is something that can not be levelled at Wire under Briers as attack coach. Defence is solid but Wire scored close to 200 points more than us but we finished above them. that like saying Wane wasnt the influence at Wiga...

Cas are due a re-furb now the new stadium proposals have been ditched. And Wakey only have a year or so left in SL, as we cut to 10 teams. Then again, you may have to go to Odsal in a couple of years' time :lol: :lol:

One of my wife’s sisters lives in the back of beyond there in old in an old forestry commission property on the other side of the mountain from Strontium which is near Fort William. There is a ferry across the Loch to Strontium and if you miss it, it’s a long detour right around the top of the Lock...
