Re: George Hirst
Looks decent but without seeing him in a full blooded exchange it’s difficult to judge. He looked solid against Oldham, the Leeds game he went off with a poke to the eye and he was playing with a lot of young players in his spells before and after that. I know that several clubs wanted his signature...

I'm not sure if it was challenged legally if the earnings from other external endorsements would stand anyway. If Wigan doesn't have an issue as they pay the wages how is players having sports sponsored earnings or other such things harmful to the game I would say it's a huge benefit.

The podcast with AK was a good listen came across like a real decent lad. Being away from family with young kids was the main reason for him mentioning the NRL. I'm not sure but he said it would be four years next season away. The plus side of that he said is that he had lived in NZ, France and now ...

Re: Lockers and Tommy
Most interviews I have watched or read with Matty, Rads or players they all mention or thank Tommy and Lockers. Good one was when Matty was praising Lockers for our D and then said it also helps when our attack coach was also probably the best tackler to have played the game

Kenny and Ella was great players and both in their prime at Wigan. Kenny at Wembley was one of the most memorable Wigan performances I have seen. Miles I thought was past his best playing in a great team with the best winger in the game outside him...... I seem to remember Wright at Widnes looking g...

Re: Samy Kibula
Shame was a beast coming through and for me he probably suffered because of that size and dominance. I know he's a big lad but I always wanted him to be tried at centre I think his skill set and his lack of dog/aggression may have seen him push through out wide. Hope he can still find an opportunity...
