Re: Keighran: Right attitude
Yes it's costing us a chunk and we nearly didn't go today but we all chipped in four of us. We was looking what it's costing on average without season tickets costs it's pushing 400 quid a month when we add in the Wembley trip.

Re: Jai Field
Jai is carrying an injury to his calf It's been mentioned previously. I'm pretty sure it's one that is being monitored. While he may not be at full pace the team with him there is still our best one even if he's at 60%. It's also nice to be in a position that we are winning while not just relying on...

Re: Bateman back to Super League
Richardson is supposed to be over here on the hunt for new talent, the rumour is he's actually trying to offload some of the Wests cap.
Yates to Wire will Bateman follow?

Re: Liam Byrne receives suspension ahead of Challenge Cup semi-final showdown
Liam's still young, obviously he gets picked for a reason and that's probably been in the past what he's picking up bans for now . At points last season before he got injured he looked like kicking on to that next level, early season Wire away and his performance in Catalan are examples of the level...

Re: Patrick Mago New Deal
Agree with the positives surrounding Paddy. Obviously a decent player in there great hands and seems on the right road with his fitness always difficult to handle going forward. On Liam Byrne he carried the fight for us last season when we was short on forwards and he's still young. I'm agreeing wit...

Re: Wigan Warriors reported to have biggest ‘salary spend’ of 2024 Super League season
Do we know who our marquee players are? Thompson and Bevan I think You imagine Wigan utilize all three exemptions so would also utilize the club trained one. I imagine the top paid player from our academy system will be classed as Marquee I used Smith in the example. It was widely reported that Wig...

Re: Wigan Warriors reported to have biggest ‘salary spend’ of 2024 Super League season
I know it's a daft question but can someone explain how these figures of £2.7 million to £3 million match the salary cap. Will we see roncosthe only surviving club after the points deductions???? Think caps 2.1 without certain dispensations for club trained players at each end of their playing care...

Re: How can we improve for next year?
Looks like Wigan want to emulate that Leeds team who just seemed to be the same each year. Problem is or the worry is if form drops and we are stuck… should always be looking to compete for places and having that incentive to do better. Although I’d gladly have a 7 year contract and sit on the benc...

Re: How can we improve for next year?
I think another back row option or even two maybe. Starting in the backs Eckersley, Douglas, Farimond give good cover and as a team and individually as players you would hope they kick on to claim a starting shirts at a point. We are also lucky to have other cover in Bevan and Keighran so don't see ...
