They wont need to quarantine, Australia isn't on the redlist and elite sports are allowed to train after arrival, but need a negative test, and will then fall under the clubs testing regime. As long as they don't route back through the UAE they will be fine to go straight into training

As someone else said, those players should be exempt from the salary cap for the duration of their original contracts, they are very unlikely to get a deal now, most clubs have finalised their squads for next year, well except Leigh who are reverting to type And signing loads of players
