Re: Sean O'Loughlin - most vocal captain ever
<r><QUOTE author="neilbass"><s>[quote="neilbass"]</s>Spot on DaveO.<br/> <br/> And if people want names for a different captain (none suggested above) I'd go for Riddell (lots of talk when on the pitch) or maybe Carmont.<br/> <br/> Problem with Riddell is that he isn't on the pitch enough, but when ...

Re: the footy show
After the way England played in the World Cup, they have every right to dismiss the English game. I enjoyed the show though.

Re: Match Reaction: Leeds 34 - Wigan 10
<t>A very disappointing performance after the good win against Bradford. We never recovered from a poor start, not able to complete six tackles, poor decision making, and poor tackling, with Hock leaving his brain back in Wigan on this occasion. Why the hell is O'Loughlin is still captain!! We can a...

Re: Ray Mordt and Rob Louw
<t>I remember Luow playing in the JPS final I am not too sure wether it was his first game or not. When the ball went into touch he picked the ball up and went to the side line thinking there was going to be a rugby union lineout. He must have forgot he was playing league. I remember Mordt he was a ...

Re: Tonights match plus and minuses
<t>Never met the man and am sure he is a nice bloke, a Wiganer and loyal to the club. IMO he is no captain and never has been, too quiet, poor interpersonal and leadership skills. Last night we came back to within two points with ten minutes to go, then panicked and stopped doing what we had been do...

Re: Why can't Smith tackle?
<t>I seem to remember that at the fans forum back last summer, Leneghan stated that he had been advised that Smith was potentially a far better player than Dobson, hence why he was signed. Surely all the baggage that came with him, drink, mental health difficulties etc were taken into account. A bad...

Re: boots n all
There is now way you can blame Sky. They have their schedules and need the viewing figures. They have paid big bucks up front to televise the game, why should they back down. I take back my past criticism of Stevo, liked the rant on boots n all.
