Re: Injuries
Byrne had a banged up hip from last week and just felt it again in the warm up according to Peet, so they decided there was no point pushing him through.

Re: Injuries
Keeping everything crossed for Mike Cooper. The guy deserves some luck and hopefully it’s not a long term one again. I’m not sure he’d have got back on the field had it been as bad as last time so hopefully that’s a good sign.

Re: Wigan squad for Huddersfield (R3)
It'll be interesting to hear Peets press conference to make sure all 21 are available, with Byrne and Ellis looking a bit worse for wear on Saturday but presuming they are fit you'd imagine we'll see Thompson come in for Cooper and maybe Forber for Leeming. To say there are 6 or 7 forwards missing, ...

Re: Wigan vs Penrith
I got sent a picture of the French no try with a line drawn accross the pitch at the moment of Smiths kick. To me he looks just onside and certainly it was worth more than one look from the video ref. I’m convinced he knew what was coming with the Wardle incident. To make that decision so quickly j...

Re: Adrian Lam.
He'll always be a honorary Wiganer for his stint as a player if nothing else and helping get Field and French to the club. I just don't think the environment at Wigan suited him as a coach and he was unlucky with some injuries and there was some poor recruitment. If he had the squad available to him...

Re: Ticket £5 on Friday
It’s what I’ll be doing anyway if mine and my daughters tickets don’t show. No way I can be bothered queuing at what will be a manic ticket office on Friday night.

Re: Ticket £5 on Friday
Feels a bit like they hope this will give people whose tickets don’t turn up the option of getting another for a fiver and then sort out the issues after the game, when they have could have 6 weeks to resolve problems (unless we get drawn at home in the cup and it would then be about 3 weeks). Maybe...
