Re: WIGAN vs Hull FC
<t>Agar is using the oldest trick in the book re defending his team and making out Wigan were the bad guys. His team is very limited so they resort to "spoiling tactics" and roughing up the opposition. The man is clinging to his job so will make any excuse he can for his team. We all saw what went o...

Re: Wonderful Wigan Town
<r><QUOTE author="NathanCroucher"><s>[quote="NathanCroucher"]</s>I think this town is pretty brilliant although I am not without criticism. I can't help but compare it with other towns though, I used to naively think we were good enough to get city status, I realise that is unlikely but what do you ...

Re: Poor Poor Latics
<t>Latics to go down this season. Average crowds drop to actual number of Latics fans (5500) as Man U and Liverpool fans stop buying tickets for most of home ends. Whelan quits. They go into administration. Administrators accept sale of ground to Wigan Warriors. Latics then go to play at new stadium...

Re: Are Wire our Storm ?
They are, presumably, checked as regularly and thoroughly by the RFL as every other club & ain't been caught so you have to presume they are applying the rules correctly. And they are still only the 3rd best team in the league.

Re: YOUR Man Of Steel Shortlist?
<t>Isn't this title about who has had the most impact on the season? If so then Michael Maguire should walk it. However, given that it will go to a player here you are:-<br/> <br/> 1. Pat Richards<br/> <br/> 2. Sean O'Loughlin<br/> <br/> Anything else would be robbery on the same scale as when Trent...

Re: Ryan Bailey
Bailey plays for Leeds so presumably enjoys the same Diplomatic Immunity as his colleagues when it comes to red cards. Hence Senior was not sent off in the Cup and Ablett remained on the field in the away league game. Coley would have got 2 matches minimum for what Bailey did today.
