It's easy to blame ticketmaster but I am now of the mind there is some serious flaws with the information they have been fed in the first place. Every person in our group (6) have received physical season cards they did not order. The apologies contained in our covering letter really doesn't cut it ...

As suspected when no email arrived with our digital tickets 2 season cards (which we did not order) arrived by post today.

A nice touch from Wigan but I can't help thinking that Mr Radlinski should be sending letters and scattering a few bodies at ticketmaster instead of trying to be the Mr Nice guy of Rugby League all the time.

Drama over . Tickets were delivered to the wrong address and redirected by the person who received them. Arrived this morning (never in doubt)

Sat in the hall under the front door letter box waiting for the last chance post at 10am . Not holding my breath tho' lol.

£50 worth of tickets lost and £170 worth of train fares lost if the tickets don't arrive and/or the ticket office don't have a planB
