You can certainly see that Johnny Wilkinson has been involved with Smith. totally different way he sets the ball up on the tee, exactly how biscuit shoulders used to do it. Need a better night than tonight to judge though.

have a look at Sufferfest videos online, almost make the turbo enjoyable! Of course the sessions you choose will all depend on your goals, the beauty of Sufferfest is that it does tell you what each session is designed to do. A large fan is essential IMHO.

Choice of language from Wane is rather poor once again. If I was Hampshire I wouldn't be in a rush to return from Cas. No need for Wane to have said a lot of what was said.
