Re: How bothered are we about ...

<t>I think most of us want a successful GB side. The feeling in work the Monday after the win over Australia was exceptional. Probably the only time in the year when there was no inter club rivalry between the RL fans at work as we have supporters from both SL and national league teams. You're right...

Re: classic

The local news is worth watching for the mistakes. Did you see them at the end trying to hold a full size map out in the wind and the wind was ripping it to shreds! Brilliant!

Re: conspiracy theories...

<t>Whist I accept the punishment, what I find a bit annoying is the timimg. I thought that the books went for auditing in November? If so, why does it take 9 months to make an announcement. It could be argued it won't impact upon the team selection process but it could for some clubs. For example, i...

Re: Wires left

Yeah, that really surprised me that the Warrington fans left so early. When we play away we always clap the lads off the pitch and despite the many defeats this year, our supporters have been great at the away games. Good song though, ever thought of Eurovision?

Re: can we stay up?

The Harlequins game is a 'must win' game. If we win that then we are on a roll and I am sure we will stay up. Not all is lost if we lose next weekend, but it gets a lot tougher.

Re: Callderwood

He was definitely throwing up in front of us. He's a confidence player and comes in for quite a bit of stick, which doesn't help. Still, I think he did quite well overall last night, especially in the second half and deserves to keep his place for next week.

Re: Hookers

<t>I tend to agree. Higham has been improving week and week, especially in the games where he hasn't been subbed. He's playing the best he has all season at the moment. But where that leaves Godwin I'm not sure. He's certainly a valuable squad member but changing the hookers round during a game hasn...

Fielden: 80 minute prop - for GB??

<t>Now, if I was Dave Whelen, I'd be having a quiet word in Brian Noble's ear along the lines "look Brian, I've just invested £450,000 in the best British prop for Wigan and I wouldn't want him getting injured or over-doing it before the Harlequins game, do you follow my drift??" It's a bit of a di...

Re: Half Backs?

<t>Well, Two Eyed Warrior, you missed a real treat. Not wanting to make you feel any worse, but last night was absolutely magnificent. I sit in the East Stand and have a good view of those in the South Stand. Hardly a supporter left when the final whistle went. They waited until the players had come...
