Re: Six again
Yes cut down on them. Simple! Your missing the point, its referring to how many pens Wigan get, not how many we give away (which is low). Its a really good thread and some good work put in to create the tables etc. My two penarth is that refs have a habit of evening up games, a classic example was ...

Re: Disciplinary Easter Weekend
Pleased to see some (not enough?) differentiation between the Walters and Mbye sin binnings but, if Sam wasn't given any penalty points, does that mean that he shouldn't have been binned in the first place? Not sure there was any. Mbye's point is for Late Contact, not Head Contact, so its probably ...

Re: Sam Walters ?
And he’s quite rightly not been cited at all for the innocuous tackle that put him in the sin bin. 👍 Too right, how can Mbye;s leading with the shoulder into Eckersley's head when he is stood pretty much upright be compared with Bennison slipping down into Walter's shoulder (also proves Walters was...

Re: Six again
There's a very illuminating thread on the RL Fans site started by Nicky K on this together with penalty count stats for/against Wigan compared to the rest of the league. Yes cut down on them. Simple! Re: Harvie Hill
I think Hill will go on and become a very good player but it's hard to blame anyone heavily for the situation. We have Thompson and Havard who take up most of the prop minutes when fit and it doesn't leave much for the rest. You now look at how Walters is playing and it's tough to see a pathway to ...

Prop Issues
Running short for next week - Byrne, Hill, Walters should be ok, no Mago , Dupree, Havard or Thompson.
Makin is getting a run for Salford today but may pick up a ban for a poor tackle even if we can recall him from loan?
What about Eseh?

Re: New signing
I'm puzzled somewhat - Gloucester fans see him as a decent finisher (I will find out more) but he will have to progress very quickly to provide any kind of decent cover for Miski. Its a win in the short term for publicity but if it goes no further is it worth upsetting the likes of Douglas and others?
