Re: Wigan squad for Warrington (A)
In commentary, Wilkin (I think) said, after the Keighran incident, well, that's him out of the CCF, or words to that effect. A casual viewer might have taken that as gospel, it wasn't. A ban looked likely, but not inevitable. If we've learnt anything about the judiciary, it's that we can't predict ...

Re: Wigan squad for Warrington (A)
Keighran was a bit unlucky as Lindop fell at him quickly and he couldn't react to that and a bit silly in leading without any wrapping action but a ban seems v. likely.
Options then would be Eckersley, Walters and Farrell (at a pinch).

Re: Wigan squad for Warrington (A)
Sensible to rest Thompson and Farrell, maybe Miski has a knock?
Walters, Byrne, Cooper, Hill and Ellis need gametime so they will play surely, as will Havard?

Re: WOLVESWarrington Wolves swoop to sign captain of Super League rivals
Who cares!!! I just wanna see my team win. Problem with that is you end up with a team full of non-Brits (journeymen), who have no real loyalty to a club, like football. You need homegrown players to provide the true passion to play for their hometown club. That can’t happen with an overseas quota....

Re: WOLVESWarrington Wolves swoop to sign captain of Super League rivals
Which - checks calculator - means more than half of Wigan’s first team squad have seemingly come from other clubs. All clubs target others’ players. If Warrington are vultures, RL must be a flock. Add in quota players, those places are open to all clubs. Who cares!!! I just wanna see my team win. :...

Re: WOLVESWarrington Wolves swoop to sign captain of Super League rivals
Currently only two Academy products in the backs though at present. Just saying :) Fourteen players in a first team squad of 30 have all come through our academy. Which - checks calculator - means more than half of Wigan’s first team squad have seemingly come from other clubs. All clubs target othe...

Re: Smellys v Leeds
I had this in the recorded folder, and I thought it was just the 20 min highlights, but it's the full game. So I started watching it. Suggesting Saints are a "world-class side side" sems crazy; they are surely a poorer side now than the one that beat Penrith. It strikes me, that if Saints...
