Re: Are we missing a leader?

<t>I think that's a very fair post, quite agree with the point your making. Me and my dad have been saying all season, how good we could be if we had a tactical kicker in us like Briers or Sinfield. We are a great side without question, but lets face it our in game kicking leaves a lot to be desired...

Another possible high profile departure to NRL???

<t>On twitter today, Stuart Pyke has suggested another high profile English player has held talks to follow James Graham over to the NRL at the end of the season. Any idea's who it might be? He's ruled out James Roby and Tom Briscoe as that's who a lot of people thought it was. It's obviously not ou...

Re: Ticket information

<r>Cheers Jaws. It's a while away but just trying to plan ahead really. It's my dads birthday that weekend, so I was planning on taking him to the game then out on the lash!! <br/> <br/> My 2 Wembley visits this year were my first rugby league experiences, and both were amazing, so I'm deffinilty do...

Ticket information

<t>Just looking for a bit of help/info please people, as I havn't been to any away matches before. I'm looking at the Bronco's away in July as that's the nearest ground to where I live, so one of the few chances I'll get to see us this season. How far in advance do tickets get released? and can you ...

Re: Kiwi's appeal against suspensions

<t>Spot on. Luke's actions where totally cowardly, and if that goes on in NRL every week, so what? Doesn't make it right does it? It was just downright evil, and there's no place for that our great sport. He was already in trouble for his tackle in the Aussie match, so a two match ban is not enough....

<r>I saw it through my twitter, it had links to a few different sites, but this was one from Sky Sports....<br/> <br/> <URL url="http://www1.skysports.com/rugby-league/news/12196/7308832/"><LINK_TEXT text="http://www1.skysports.com/rugby-league/ ... 6/7308832/">http://www1.skysports.com/rugby-league...

Kiwi's appeal against suspensions

<t>Just read that Isaac Luke (2 matches) and Jeremy Smith (1 match) have appealead against their suspensions. Are these guys serious?? I hope the RFL throw the book at them and do like happens in football sometimes where they have an extra match added to the ban for a frivalous appeal. Both should h...

Re: (4 Nations) Wembley a success?

<t>I've said it before on here, but I think the Wembley occasion was excellent. I live in Great Yarmouth and can count on one hand the number of league fans I know locally, so it's frustrating for me that I've got so few people to share my passion for the sport with. RL needs to raise its profile do...

Re: was the ref the worst official we have ever seen?

<t>I was there saturday and how the hell can you have an official reffing an international when he's only been referring first class rugby one season. That is shocking.<br/> <br/> Start of the second half, he got the Briscoe incdent totally wrong. Could have used the video ref to make sure he got th...
