Too many of the proposed players have the kind of injury that would be exacerbated by being the regular kicker. We're just going to have to put up with whatever is the least worst option or score every try under the posts.

Well (prepares to make controversial comment) if we had beaten Widnes, we would have faced Saints in the semis and they were better opposition than Hull.

Either it was a genius tactical loss or we were more than a bit fortunate. Anyway it seems to have worked.

It doesn't matter. The best we can hope for is to come out of this pointless match with no long-term injuries and not to lose matches either side of it.
