Re: Farrell named in Dream Team

Handley must be the worst winger ever in the Dream Team.
Compare him to the previous left wingman at Leeds, Ryan Hall, not in the same League!

Re: Why we will be worse off through Brexit (Question from other forum)

It's great having Meds on here, the biggest wind up merchant ever. According to his posts we left the EU March 29th without a deal. We are leaving Oct 31st and again without a deal although we left March 29th. Meds couldn't possibly believe the rubbish he writes on here that why he's such a great wi...

Re: Recruitment/Retention Drive For 2021

Josie, I think he means Sam Powell is the massive favourite to be captain that the bookies aren't taking any bets on him being the next captain. Not that they were taking bets in the first place, just a figure of speech.

Re: Why we will be worse off through Brexit (Question from other forum)

On the "Yellowhammer" document it says a "Base Scenario". That's how it's printed.
When Gove says it's a "Worst Case Scenario" he's lying through his teeth.

Re: Why we will be worse off through Brexit (Question from other forum)

So that's Dover and Calais say everything will be fine. Trouble is exporters and hauliers say nothing is remotely sorted. They reckon only 40-50% of exporters are Brexit ready. Good luck then trying to get imports and exports through HM Customs with incorrect documents. Everything will be fine, you ...

Re: Recruitment/Retention Drive For 2021

Difficult to say about Joe Burgess. At one time our left side was scoring tries for fun but then the opposition were loading up their right defence to stop that. With French now on the right scoring and Marshall before him the opposition's option to stack up their right defence has been stopped. Wil...

Re: Why we will be worse off through Brexit (Question from other forum)

Good post by Wes, trouble is its straight from the Leave drivel of the EU Referendum. All of it good talk in 2016 but utter nonsense in 2019 and in this stage of Brexit politics. The mentioning of the German car makers is laughable. In this past 3 years they have repeatedly told their political lead...

Re: Why we will be worse off through Brexit (Question from other forum)

Did I agree with your post SJ? Maybe I did, maybe not, that doesn't detract from the FACTS that your facts are don't apply as they are out of date. As are most if not all views of Leavers. The fact is that the Government does not have a majority in the HoC so it can't get its own Bills in to law. In...

Re: Why we will be worse off through Brexit (Question from other forum)

The reality is the result of the referendum way back in 2016 was a majority to leave of 1.27m. That majority doesn't exist anymore as mainly Leave voters have died (over 65s & over 75s) and been replaced by new voters on the register (18-43) who are mainly Remain minded. Johnson is now being played ...
