Re: People are just fecking mental!

Who to believe, eh? The experts across the world who have spent lifetimes studying these diseases, or some bloke on the internet who reckons it's nothing much to worry about? Even Trump and Johnson, for all their woefulness, aren't saying that. We are English we are fed up of all the facts and expe...

Re: Postponed until April?

I'm not sure how much of a financial hit SL clubs will suffer, but they'll certainly take a loss on game day 'walk-ups', but I'd have thought in recent times, the majority of fans attending are Season Ticket holders who have mostly paid upfront ? This is probably a lot different to the smaller Cham...

Re: Postponed until April?

I expect this to be longer than April 6th I agree. I fear we may not see any sport for quite a while. Re: Postponed until April?

the bigger worry about this is some of the clubs without a rich owner footing losses.

how are Salford/Wakefield/Cas/hull kr going to cope without ticket sales. i imagine Wigan/Leeds/Saints/Warrington/Hull are going to struggle as well but this could cause havoic with alot of peoples lives.

Re: Is it time to pause Super League?

The government wants the herd mentality though, they want to control how quickly people catch it (not if you do)

Re: Coronavirus - possible fixture postponements

. An additional consideration from the financial point of view is that the clubs already have season ticket money so what do they do if fans demand compensation? Nothing we are not Americans. If the government suspends gatherings its hardly SL fault and demanding compensation will do nothing but Da...
