Re: Kevin Sinfield: Leeds Rhinos legend returns as director of rugby

I wish him well. How much say he'll have, though, remains to be seen.

Do Wigan fans really want to see Leeds go under? I can't imagine so. We want to triumph over good sides, not beat hapless ones.

Somewhere in-between, but more to the gun end of the spectrum, to be fair.

Re: Unbiased

Guy who sits next to me said at the end, great game of RL, and I kinda thought, no, it wasn't, but I do know what he meant. Going to home games is all the bigger benefit anyway for not having to listen to Sky's drivel. :D

I thought Paisley stood up very well too, and didn't look out of place at all.

Re: Wigan v Wire game thread

It wasn't too pretty, but a very good win against a strong side. And deserved, too. We were the better side, led throughout, and a nice cool finish from Woods' very promising left boot. :D

And once again: John Bateman: whadda guy!

Exactly. And if someone is injured in the warm-up (which seems to be not uncommon), then he is an option.

But you could say that about *anyone* who was named as 19th man, couldn't you?
