I just watched MP's Wigan TV interview, and yeah, he does sound very frustrated. And you can't blame him.

The Miski try was not straightforward, but what bugged me about it was that Ben Thaler seemed to have convinced himself it was a try quite early in the piece, but then repeatedly looked at the same angles over and over again before eventually spitting it out.

As someone who hasn't got Sky, I much preferred the old BBC set-up with the Superleague Show, imperfect as it was. The Sky Sports+ coverage could hardly be cheaper and nastier.

I have always said that the video ref is a complete waste of time, we need to get rid of it, the refs have become too over-reliant on it, they can't make a decision anymore. I am expecting the first day of magic to finish...

I agree with Mike there. The six agains/pens situation is obviously an issue, but it didn't seem clear to me either that this game was a shining example of it.
