Why I just think its an easy option to give set restarts even when its a 50/50 call...... its also always in favour of the attacking team..... time might change my mind though. Has the number of penalties decreased on average by the increase in set restarts? That is the important metric as in theor...

Anybody watching this game can see how bad the new set restart rule can be....... the dragons had no ball this second half due to constant set restarts...... its totally spoiling the game as a spectacle...... i get that the dragons are holding on a bit too much but come on...... parra are like wire(...
