Re: Worst refereeing cop-out of the season?

It's clear that Sneyd is deliberately interfering with Nsemba's attempt to play the ball.

It should have been a penalty to Wigan, and a yellow card for Sneyd.

Frankly if he gets stamped on on account of his foul play, then it's his lookout.

Re: Jai Field

Agree with a lot of what has been posted. Other teams are watching him and in doing so he's creating space for others. Always looks as though he is operating at 80% imo. He's so quick that this is more than enough for 99.9% of situations. Defensively he is sound. I'm happy with his contribution tbh.

Gave up trying years ago.
As for Paul Cullen's role in the MRP?
Talk about a poacher turning gamekeeper?
Cullen was a dirty bugger wasn't he?

Re: Match Review Panel are a joke

I really don't get it. How can you let a deliberate attempt to make contact to the head go and at the same time ban someone for a mistimed tackle? Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. The RFL know that Wigan won't risk appealing the ban and no doubt it will go to their "We got it right, no-one...

Worst fans in the game. Have been certainly for the last 40 years or so.

Shame because it's a classy club.

Re: Walters on the bench

Nsemba is getting better with each game and has to keep his place. Farrell looks the weak link thesedays. His trademark runs are less frequent and in all honesty I think it's time for him to retire after this season. That said, players of his calibre can often raise their games for the big occasions...

He's lost weight, improved his speed and as you say is now a threat when he comes on. Not sure what he does in the tackle, but it seems he is constantly making a half break.

Deserved his extension imo.

Re: Liam Byrne receives suspension ahead of Challenge Cup semi-final showdown

Very unlucky to get two games imo.

Fortunately for the team, front row is the area where we are strongest and Byrne hasn't been a standout player in recent weeks.

He obviously needs to work on his technique. Hope he does.
