Re: Match Review Panel are a joke
I really don't get it. How can you let a deliberate attempt to make contact to the head go and at the same time ban someone for a mistimed tackle? Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. The RFL know that Wigan won't risk appealing the ban and no doubt it will go to their "We got it right, no-one...

Re: Huddersfield v Warrington (spolier)
Worst fans in the game. Have been certainly for the last 40 years or so.
Shame because it's a classy club.

Re: Walters on the bench
Nsemba is getting better with each game and has to keep his place. Farrell looks the weak link thesedays. His trademark runs are less frequent and in all honesty I think it's time for him to retire after this season. That said, players of his calibre can often raise their games for the big occasions...

Re: Patrick Mago New Deal
He's lost weight, improved his speed and as you say is now a threat when he comes on. Not sure what he does in the tackle, but it seems he is constantly making a half break.
Deserved his extension imo.

Re: Liam Byrne receives suspension ahead of Challenge Cup semi-final showdown
Very unlucky to get two games imo.
Fortunately for the team, front row is the area where we are strongest and Byrne hasn't been a standout player in recent weeks.
He obviously needs to work on his technique. Hope he does.

Re: Wigan squad for Huddersfield (R11)
Not to add a downer, but what exactly does Kaide Ellis add to our team as a loose forward? Before you respond, please think about some of the world class loose forwards we have had. We have a back three of Farrell (past his best) next second rower {inexperienced / undecided) and Ellis at lock (inef...

Re: Kris Radlinski delivers unique insight into club’s salary cap planning, including marquee players
Have to agree that the cap should be linked to inflation bizarre that’s it’s not really its virtually criminal that they can let professional rugby players take a pay cut year on year (for every year the cap has been frozen). What other sport, let alone profession would allow that. Its only been si...
