Re: Wigan vs Warrington
You may recall that I posted that I'd complained about the BBC's on-line Rugby League headline and report after the Warrington game - that suggested that Warrington lost because of their injury list. I pointed out Wigan's injury list was even worse and suggested they were biased and lazy in their jo...

Re: Wigan vs Warrington
I have submitted a complaint to the BBC over their headline 'Injury-hit Warrington lose again at Wigan' - and the subsequent reporting in the article about Warrington's injury list. I pointed out all of the players that Wigan were missing and asked them to explain why the piece was so clearly biased...

Re: Wigan v Hudds
The most shocking thing for me from last night (apart from the clueless kicking, woeful passing and lack of invention...) was the total lack of line speed in defence. Compared to Huddersfield we were so ponderous - walking up to the tackle instead of blasting off the line. The only time we showed an...

I expect Hetherington will somehow ensure Hicks gets more of our games than anyone else's this season....

Re: No World Cup games?
Thanks for confirming. Then that is really disappointing - especially when the majority of stadiums that are being used are primarily football grounds (even allowing for dual purpose like Hull & Huddersfield). I wonder how Leigh got picked, but not Wigan - perhaps they thought they could fill Le...

Re: No World Cup games?
I wonder if we even applied to be a host venue?

Re: Alternate Season Awards
Happy with all of the nominations except, the low point for me was Joel T. He was always a big favourite of mine until his behaviour came to light. A real shame.

Re: It's Our Year
I was sat just behind the dugout and spoke to Ian L a few times before and after the match - he was delighted (as you'd expect). So yes, he was very much there!

Re: It's Our Year
<t>Absolutely fantastic result and a performance befitting of SW's last in charge - a defensive masterclass. Well done to everyone involved. Both wingers were superb, Gildart did well and Sarge had his moments, the tackling Tommy L, Flower and Powell (so unfairly underrated in my opinion) put in was...

Re: Wigan Warriors v Catalan Dragons at Nou Camp
<t>I haven't heard/seen anything suggesting IL has said this will be a home game played away, but if it is true, I will be disgusted. It was made clear that they wouldn't be doing this again this year. I have already renewed my season ticket - so if he does move the game, I wonder if I will get a re...
