Re: Warrington Signing

My guess is kibula But would it cause quite a bit of discussion on here? I think so coz a lot of people on here think hes got a great future....... personally ide release 2 of escare/shorrocks/sammut and bring in a class centre/ versatile player....... that would be the final piece of the jigsaw If...

Re: Wigan Warriors present gift to Benny Westwood

Like him or not at some point in his career I’ll wager most RL fans would have loved him in their side.

Classy gesture by the club.

This is why at the grand final retiring stars should be paraded round to give fans a chance to say goodbye and a thank you for their time in our sport.

Re: Warrington Signing

I know who it is but can't say at the moment. It'll probably cause quite a bit of discussion on here. We've also signed two outstanding young players for next year, one a winger/fullback and the other a backrow forward, both interesting signings for quite different reasons. One will start in the ac...

Re: Morgan Smithies not Great Britain standard just yet, says Adrian Lam

I think with Smithies, we have finally found the replacement for SOL. There can’t be a like for like replacement for SOL. He’s the last of a kind. A player that can play loose forward, prop forward or stand off. They dont exist. I hope Morgan goes on to be a star, but players like Lockers don’t com...

Re: Wigan vs Warrington

Hugely impressive to keep Warrington scoreless for 70-odd minutes. Didn't see anyone have a bad game and fair play to Ben Thaler and his lino - they got virtually everything right and spotted a couple of dropped balls in the act of try-scoring that most people didn't see. The only major error was O...

Re: Wigan vs Warrington

First half excellent, less so in the second half it has to be said, wire aren’t as good as they think they are and take Austin out and you have a team that offers little really, yet they came so close to scoring must be a worry for Lam. Sarge again was steady,Zak too French gets people excited and as ...

Re: Leeds v Sts

He wasn’t the best but I said when Eddie left sky would struggle as the replacements simply weren’t up to it,Bill Arthur was just about ok when commentating on Catalan game but he seems more interested in the weather. Yiu have to ask are sky bothered about keeping the contract because what they have...

Re: Injury setback for Wigan Warriors prop

I’m still puzzled as to why Flower played last Friday, given he was heading for another period on the sidelines. As for Clubb it is folly in a salary capped sport to give him a two year deal is odd to say the least surely a rolling one year deal would have been better,if anything the contract of some...

Weak opposition is never good.

Labour are a joke at the moment (and not a funny one)
They have been since they left power, aimless and seemingly inward looking with an unelectable leader not good.
