Staying There
So far this season, I'm reminded of the old saying 'its one challenge to get to top and a completely different one to stay there'. I think this season will be a true test of Matt Peet's coaching skills as other teams start to rumble us. I feel we have been out-coached twice already this season, agai...

Re: Liam Byrne to Wire?
I hope a new club and the inspirational (?) Sam Burgess can get the best out of him. As said earlier he carried the club in 2023, perhaps it took too much out of him. Any road up, there's a top class prop in there somewhere. If he appears while he's at Wire, it'll bite us in the backside but I hope ...

Re: Willie Isa
I hope he does well. He deserves to. Didn't he just sign on for an extra year? I'd've thought he'd be perfect for the youth set-up?

Re: JNR new contract
Look after him.
He's not Gareth Hock or Zak Hardaker.

Rhyse Martin
Didn't much like the way Rhyse Martin feigned a head knock and got Keighran binned. The ref said it was the 3rd time Adam had put a high shot in and it was for cumulative transgressions, but Martin started to get up and play on and then changed his mind and milked a penalty. Shouldn't Cullen's chums...

Re: Tanya Arnold & Kevin Brown Podcast with Kris Radlinski
Miss the excellent Tanya Arnold on telly. Very knowledgeable and respected lady. Good comment about why Lenaghan chose Radlinski. I was never sure he was up to it, the whole business/management thing, but I thought its always cheaper to promote internally and he could keep an eye on to make sure he ...

Re: Mago: Come out firing
Such a lot of potential and latent skill in Paddy Mago. Let's hope he gets it together one of these days.

Re: Forwards
Give him some time and I think Sam Walters will be a belter. For some reason he hasn't reached the level he was at Leeds yet, and that was under the worst coach Super League has seen for a long time. (He obviously learned very little from his uncle. Coaching isn't in the blood after all.) He will im...

Re: The Bench: Jai Field
Jon Wilkin really does need to shut up.......and get over himself. He will/does put people off watching. I wanted to hear what Jai had to say, but switched off early, I wasn't interested in what Wilkin had to say. The guests won't mind particularly, apart from irritation or boredom, it isn't their l...

Great reactions to The Warriors current travails. No scapegoating of individuals, no blaming refs; just an acknowledgement that all great teams have dips in form and confidence, that it is only temporary, and normal service will soon be resumed. A great club deserves great supporters. COME ON WIGGIN.
