Re: Head coach Tony Smith leaves Hull FC after poor start to Super League season
Genuine question, but what advantage do Hull get from paying players off? I thought this still counted against the salary cap.

Re: Leeds vs Warrington
Have to keep reminding myself it’s not Wigan, every other name is an ex-Wigan player

Re: How can we improve for next year?
I honestly believe that Brad O’Neill will make the switch to loose. Personal opinion is that it depends on how quickly Forber develops into a regular first team player.

Re: Disciplinary
What makes it worse is that Kendall didn’t stop the game, at the time. It’s only when Percival didn’t get up and the replay appeared in front of him on the screen did he decide to award the penalty. I would hope Byrnes ban is similar to that of Lees, as the biggest difference for me is the size of t...

Re: Consistency of officiating
I can accept the ref’s interpretation of minor infringements and understand these are being made within a split second without any replay. Likewise, I don’t have an issue with our players being sent from the field (although I thought Dupree may have got red and Byrne a yellow). If I use the example ...

Not a win, but the Wigan stand during the 75-0 defeat was bouncing.
Should be another great afternoon for those going.

Re: ST HELENS WOMEN TO BE PAID IN 2024
To be fair, we must find ourselves in a similar position to them. You can’t be paying the coach of the team and then not paying the players which was the case when they appointed Matty Smith. Now with Betts coaching our women, we must be in the same position as I don’t imagine Betts is doing this fo...

Thought Morgan may have been a squad player this year, and I now he’s been given an opportunity I don’t see anyone taking that no.13 shirt off him.
Good Luck to both and like others, I don’t think we will see Morgan back in SuperLeague anytime soon.

Re: Hull FC v Hull KR
What was the first red given for? Was it for contact on the head or the swinging arm with intent.
At the time, I thought a yellow on the basis of swinging arm, but the second red….. all teams and refs need take note. All I want to see is consistency throughout the season.
