Re: Six
No it's not flash. I'm referring to your "moot" conclusion. The topic under discussion concerns " penalties " The Referee's decision was provoked by the infringement of the rules of the game. Silmple! Anyway I've spouted enough and to be honest with you the only static ( the fin...

So other than the video ref and commentators anyone got an opinion on the actual performance :D I think this is partly the point. The game is being overshadowed by the refs and their decisions. The Miski try was a little miracle in its own way but no one is talking about it. The entire sport is tal...

Re: Wigan squad for Hull FC (SLR9)
For the record, according to the Sky stats we lost yet another penalty count. 9 - 4 this time so, if confirmed, they got more than twice as many as the team that just beat them by 3 times their score! On to the time being taken for these decisions; they got the right decisions but are taking way too...

Re: Six again
Just a wee look at the subject from a different viewpoint, if I may? Of themselves, stats prove nothing: they give some evidence from which we may try to deduce something. As often as not, people use stats to try to "prove" something they believed to be true before they saw the data - I t...

Re: Sam Walters ?
With Eseh, Chan, Hirst, Makin coming through and Walters still quite young, it's been said that we should sign an older, experienced prop for next year. On another thread, Josie posted a link to stats, and looking at props, McMeeken is tearing it up at Wakey: top tackler, few missed tackles etc. I ...
