Re: Super League in talks over staging regular season games in USA
Whilst we may be flogging a dead horse in the US, we have to be careful as a sport that we don't just sit back and let other sports, women's football, netball etc. take over any potential market shares in TV rights. Whilst not a comparison from a sporting point of view, from a viewing aspect we need...

Re: WARRIORSWigan Warriors make decision on appeals after copping two bans
We have options like you say and very good ones at that, there is no need to panic to challenge any decisions (apart from it being on their record) we have enough quality depth to replace almost anyone sitting a game out

Re: WARRIORSWigan Warriors make decision on appeals after copping two bans
Probably a sensible decision not to appeal as it could lead to further punishments if not successful

Re: Wigan Warriors: The incredible stats behind Challenge Cup semi-final triumph to reach Wembley
Matt Peet has mentioned on several occasions about "playing behind Harry's kicking game" or similar but I doubt that extends to a deliberate policy of not gaining yards on exit sets. The luxury of having a kicker who, as Kev Brown often says, "puts his boot through the ball", es...

Re: Wigan Warriors: The incredible stats behind Challenge Cup semi-final triumph to reach Wembley
A question for our tactical experts from a mere spectator . . . I've noticed that some of best performances come when we seem to spend much time in our own half and rely on Harry's kicking to get down field. WCC and the semi-final being two examples, Could this be a deliberate tactic? The thinking ...

Re: Wigan Warriors: The incredible stats behind Challenge Cup semi-final triumph to reach Wembley
Is it this season that the limited minutes per player is in force or have I just dreamt that bit and I can't remember if challenge cup games were included or not. It's great Thompson doing the full 80 but if there are limitations, and it was the forwards that had the biggest limitation, then doing 8...

Re: Referee for Saturday CC Semi Final
Liam Moore all day long, Kendal just appears to grab penalties out of nowhere and always seems to hammer us early on in games, yes we know how he refs but when you are left scratching your head at what a penalty was for then how can you play to the ref You’ll remember it was Liam Moore that sent of...

Re: 'Relegate bottom team' Leigh Leopards owner Derek Beaumont's Hull FC dig and Toulouse promoted reveal
It is difficult having a no jeopardy rule for a number of years as each year a different club would be relegated and then depending on the number of years, you could have a club finishing in the top 8 and in a play off spot getting relegated as those below are on a no relegation rule. The one good t...

Re: BBC coverage questioned after underwhelming viewing figures
For me the Superleague show was more than just a highlights reel, I enjoyed the discussions about the games and future games that they had with the weekly pundits, RL needs a show like this to raise the profile of the game, rather than it just being a sit down and watch a game sport
