Re: Leigh Leopards sign FIVE from Warrington Wolves including ex Castleford Tigers

Thinking back, didn't Halifax rebrand as Halifax Panthers when Ellgren took over their kit production?

I'm sure they had an away shirt with yellow piping and a huge panther on it (very similar to Leigh's leopard ).

Re: Leigh Leopards sign FIVE from Warrington Wolves including ex Castleford Tigers

New home kit is awful, would rather be identified as a Centurion and I think Liz Truss's tenure as PM will eclipse Zak's time in Leigh....unless Lammy has the magic touch!

Re: Australia to wear bizarre squad numbers in Rugby League World Cup

Correct they are arrogant, rude and disrespectful! I was watching a video on YouTube on FOXSports and the Panthers were being slated by the commentary team for being just that! Claiming to be the greatest Panthers team ever after winning back to back titles! I don't mind losing to Australia (as sadl...

Re: Featherstone Rovers chairman explains Sean Long appointment acknowledging need to return to the “DNA” of the club

Might not be such a bad appointment, has undeniable experience as an assistant, will probably inherit one of if not the strongest championship squads in 2023 (depending on retention at Toulouse)....I'm thinking Steven Gerrard Rangers type appointment?

Re: Youth Development structure confirmed

I was wondering the same re: Goulding, seemed to do a pretty decent job? Assistant coaching roles elsewhere?

Would have thought John Duffy would have bring a lot of experience as an assistant, surely offers more than Leuluai?

Re: 2023 captain

It certainly has to be Farrell, who else has been so Wigan through and through for years! Never seen Farrell have a poor season! I've been a huge advocate for Farrell as captain on this forum for the past 18 months. A few have responded saying he isn't vocal enough? So if that's the case, who's the ...
