Re: U19s: Bradford Preview

Look out for 18 year old Anesu Mudoti for Bradford, probably off the bench at prop. I'd be interested in any comments on him from anyone who's there.

Re: Wigan Warriors boss Adrian Lam on his future with the club

I’d like to think IL and Rads have a better idea of whether or not they think he the man for the job because they get to see how he actually coaches. IL has seen Noble, Wane and Madge while he’s owned the club so surely he must know how Lam compares to those three. So with that knowledge and how th...

Re: Only in Ireland.......

A good few years ago, a local lad stole a video player from somebody's house. He then rang a taxi and went home with the video under his arm!

Police knocked on his front door within an hour or so.

Is the title an anagram competition? If so, I've got "parallel" so far . . .

Re: Tautai gone!

Though Mullen has been exiled, and is on his way, we can’t do anything with Hamlin until UKAD are done, and iirc Hardaker was not a wigan player when he transgressed. We also got shut of Joel pdq. What bothers me is the seeming obliviousness to how awful this year has been on and off the pitch. I a...

Re: Can we finish in the Top 5?

It’s not just you..had a couple of weeks of not going and it’s been great not watched many games on tv either, the simple truth is the standard barring Saints has been woeful this season. Wigan so far this season have been a shambles yet here we are they’re in with a chance of the top 5 it makes a m...

Re: Can we finish in the Top 5?

All of a sudden it's looking a lot more likely. Judging by Cats' performance against Hull, 4th and 5th are wide open.

I'm not convinced by our play, but results suggest we probably will make the play-offs - maybe a reflection of the inconsistency of others?

Re: Can we finish in the Top 5?

Yes, we can finish 5th or even 4th. From memory, we've won 5 of our last 7 league games, whilst teams like Wakefield, Salford and Cas are fading after good starts. What chance of us getting to GF? 1000 to 1 at best. Hardly 1000/1 Morley. bookies are only offering between 12/1 and 14/1 for us to win...

Re: Hankinson

The criticism of Rads/the club for "shopping at poundland" are understandable (though they do contradict those who complained that the likes of Saints and Wire could sign Walmesley and Hill from lower divisions). We've also had regular moans about the need for a decent centre to replace Sarge, and a...
