Re: 21-man squad vs Hull KR

Spot on with the props and giving Harry more game time... One point I maybe miss read was why was Bibby constantly flying out in defence? Marshall shone last week with Hank inside but he appeared to struggle more today alongside Bibby. Another point I'd make, is why was bibby even playing, what is ...

Re: Stab in the dark

If Byrne doesn't play then it's surely not down to his game v Hudds. Perhaps Lam is going to rest his younger props by rotation and it's his turn. On that basis perhaps we'll see more of Bullock, Burgess, Clark & Flower along with the younger guys. No idea what Lam is thinking to be honest, a few o...

Re: Stab in the dark

Yeah, at one point defending our line, we had Byrne, Bullock and Burgess. The 3 BIG B's. and for once a huge front row. Byrne had a great game on Sunday, but he was helped having other big guy round him. This also helped Partington have more of a running game a score a great try. Cas away showed th...

Re: Huddersfield v Wigan

Can we please try to play the rest of the season without Clubb, Lockers and Tommy. That's the best rugby we have played in 18 months. Defence was tremendous except for their try. Hastings is a massive step up from Williams. If Hankinson had been kicking we would have hit 50. I was happy to see him ...

Re: Lam previews Hull FC

Hanky was never signed to be a regular first team player was he? my understanding is he signed to cover an injury crisis and had an opportunity to show something but was unfortunately injured during most the stint he would be in the first team. I think providing hes on a modest wage (as i expect he...

Re: Backrow replacements?

The obvious choice of Hanky stepping up to back row comes to mind, he is not going to be used in the centres by the looks of things, he has previously shown he is capable and has the value of cover for centre position, he would be a better option than Isa in the event of injuries during games

Re: Lam previews Hull FC

I don’t get the big up of hanky. I think he’s average, he won’t let you down but doesn’t really add anything to the team, well bar his kicking. Nor me ,i was never a big fan of Sarge but neither Hanky or Bibby are any better imo,but they will be cheaper and that will suit IL No one is bigging Hank ...
