If he isn't ready yet that's fine but we should have a ready made replacement at 9. I know Tommy is good cover for 9 but, if he's playing 7 he can't do both at once. Hopeful...

We all know that Cas away is a tricky one but, let's be honest, we have no excuses this time and I'll be disappointed if we don't come away with a win. Last season's side (at the same point in the season) would have lost, I'm hoping for better this time.

Does anybody know if Joe Bullock is injured? I'm pleased to see Clarke get a game but my impression was from those who went to the preseason and reserve games that Bullock looked quite good.

Just seen on the other site that Sam Powell may play on Friday. How's that possible now that it's an eight day rest if you fail the head test? If Sam does play (and I don't think that he should), Harry should still get a game either starting or from the bench.

Wigan Forever - I tend to agree with you (and hope I'm wrong) but I can't see Tommy playing a whole game at 9, he'll need a break. I think that Jake will be considered a safer bet that young Amir at this stage.

Sad to see Super League lose another star but I'm pleased that saints will have to start paying the price of success like we. Interesting that they didn't think it worth making him a marquee or perhaps he just wanted the adventure.

I'm hoping we replace George with Joe Bullock until George is fit. Any more games like the last one and his confidence will start to suffer.
