Re: Warriors Sign Sarginson WIGAN RE-SIGN ENGLAND INTERNATIONAL DAN SARGINSON

<t>Sorry if it’s already been mentioned previously, but does anyone else think Sarginson will be used as utility cover? Irrespective of performance and playing out of position etc we currently pocess an actual international centre in Bateman.......I would hedge my bets he will be given the centre sh...

Re: Sarge in the sights

<t>What type of club wants Dan Sargubson? Definitely not a top one! All I can say is he must have one hell of an agent, I might hire him to get me a stint in the NRL......I remember chuckling when I heard had got a contract with the Titans.<br/> <br/> As the poster above I simply can’t justify the h...

Re: Should Wane Go ?

<t>I started to right a short message about how I like what Wayne brings to the club and what we need to add. I stopped as the message was turning into a novel! I’ll briefly list instead. <br/> 1) Goal Kicker<br/> 2) New Attacking set up<br/> 3) Big athletic forwards (the kind that can get quick bal...

Re: Safe journey, enjoy the game

I would go Marshall for his ability to finish (out and out winger) over Davies and his reliability on bringing the ball back and I would go Isa over Joel for his work rate, unfortunately Joel doesn't have that spark anymore.

Re: Vs catalan

<t>I thought it was a huge improvement on what we have seen previously this season. The game plan was obvious.....try to match them for the early parts of each half and then move the ball wider as both teams tired. Completion rate was high, kicking game was better, Defence was very good and we got t...

Re: Marshall

<t>Defensively weak?.....Marshall is anything but! He has just been left in situations where he has had to jump out of the line etc because of mismatches and overlaps. At the moment we are struggling because our young players are not as physically mature as most of their opponents, therefore not win...

Re: World Champions

<t>I was on the phone earlier talking about the game and started to mention the top performers such as Burgess and Williams..........by the end of the call I had mentioned the entire team (nearly) Tommy was immense in defence,, the entire pack worked themselves into the ground, especially Farrell an...

Re: Matty Smith

<t>Happy for smith and happy for Wigan. Smith has got the chance to go back to saints with a longer contract and probably a point to prove to their fans (he never performed for them) Wigan now have a chance to give a contract to a youngster or new signing and move the club forward.......its pretty o...

Re: Young Dwyer to Wigan

I think he is exactly what Wigan need for next year. He adds that attacking threat that we don't have and haven't had for years. Our current hookers are very good but Dwyer adds a bit more attacking emphasis................would be ideal for the later stages of each half.
