If you read the SPIRIT OF THE RULES it is an opt by SL for any clubs like Wigan who found a loophle in the terms of the cap which are not clarified.

Why does he not sue Bradford and Saints as well they broke the cap and they took 7 points off Cas between them we took NONE off them.

Just a thought we are overspent on the money for last year with defferd payments and have got a 4 point deduction .
If we appeal and lose could we not pay the deffered payment that is owing and clear the slate for next year???????

After whats come about the SC and the players taking a pay cut the lads deserve our true support. They have been in the know all season pity about the bad games they had as 4 points would not have mattered .Get behind them more see if we can still make the play offs.

Just hope were not over the cap for this year it explains why we were a bit thin on player pwer this year.
I dont think 9 players taking a pay cut would have made us under the cap anyway.
If they all took a grand a month for 3 months
