Re: Hampshire
<t>I'd prefer Hampshire to stay at Wigan.<br/> He had a good game at Cas on the wing and that's another option which most of us, including me, hadn't thought of.<br/> <br/> We do cop a lot of injuries and if we have two backs out then we are struggling. Gelling, Manfredi, Sam T and George have all m...

Re: Mossop
If the good Dr pulls out let's hope there's a Salford club next year. They must be spending £ms more than their income even if he writes of their debt.
As for Mossop, I thought he'd played better since the incident with Bateman.

Re: Lewis Tierney
He can step in and do a good job as proved last Friday.
Although we think of him as a reserve for next year like most on here I think he'll get plenty game time be it at full back or wing.

Re: Gildhart
<t>Gildart will most likely get the 4 shirt next season.<br/> Very young for such a difficult position but buying in someone who'd be better would cost a fortune.<br/> Gildart and Burgess will be one very fast left wing.<br/> <br/> As for Smith, he's done well for us this year. Fans and the club may...

Re: 2017 Signings
Even if the RFU paid part of Eastmond's salary, the remainder would be a real chunk out of our SC.
Not that the RFU would pay part of his salary if he played Rugby League for Wigan.

Re: Matty Smith and Saints
<t>If Saints are signing Brown then Smith will be staying with us, thank goodness.<br/> Saints halves will be Brown and Fages. <br/> <br/> Pleased Smith is staying, IMO very under rated in the job he's done for us this year. After all how many players have played stand off whilst he's been at 7?<br/...

Re: Tommys back
We've needed an 80 min hooker for years, now we have one in Powell. Why would we get rid?
IMO it's now up to Tommy and MM to step up to the game Sam Powell has been playing, not the other way round.

<t>Saints will sign Brown I reckon.<br/> He's 31, injury prone and seems to have missed a lot of games this year.<br/> Smith is 29 this month and is resiliant, ever present last season and this. He's been our only starting pivot in so many games and his drop goals have won us league points.<br/> His...

Can MM and TL step up to that?
I hope so as some time Powell will kop a knock and miss a few games.
